Need to know techniques used in the tempest epilogue

I need to know about the English techniques used in the epilogue such as rhyming at the end of every two lines and more so this isn't that helpful

though not commonly used by most contemporary play wrights,an epilogue makes the reader to grasp the insight of a play....nyanrhoby

what the example is trying to show is that epilogue takes place to kind of inform the audience about something. So this being Shakespeare and dealing with plays the actor is now directly speaking to the audience to give them some insight.
